• After adjusting the position of the alar cartilage, the inner mucosa and outer skin of the nose are simultaneously extended to increase the nose length in proportion to the facial ratio. In cases where the nasal bridge does not appear when viewed from the side or the nasal bridge needs to be lowered, surgery to adjust the shape of the nasal bridge is also performed concurrently. With a substantial amount of tissue available, the nose can be made more robust using autologous tissue when it is low and short.
